• Schools maintain administrative control over their instance of the Platform.

• Schools are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable laws.
• Students and teachers should follow their school's policies when using the Platform.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by High School+ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

High School+ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
